Why Dr Alfred Mutua is not up to job of Government Spokesman

 From Muthumbi Nyawira in Nairobi Two months ago, Government Spokesman, Dr. Alfred Mutua made a rather annoying remark on the State’s response to the famine in Kenya, said to have been the worst in over two decades. The youthful professor went on to say that as far as he was concerned, there was no death due to famine and if anyone had any proof to the contrary to expose the same to Kenyans.
