Starting this week we introduce a new column ‘Letter From Lusaka’ that will be written by our Lusaka Correspondent Michael Malakata. This will appear here every Saturday. In his first letter, Malakata speaks about the unease in Zambian political circles about the appointment of a white Zambian politician, Dr Guy Scott to the vice presidency of the country.
