By Henry D Gombya A leading African judge respected around the world for his liberal views, has advised Kenya that it is not too late for the country to ask the International Criminal Court (ICC) to revert investigations into the 2007 post-election violence back to Kenyan courts. By Henry D Gombya Reports reaching us from highly-placed sources in the Kenyan capital Nairobi say some Non-Government Organisations in the country are colluding with the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague to make sure Kenya’s President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto are found guilty of crimes against humanity and sent to prison.
