UGANDAN Dictator Yoweri Kaguta Museveni should be arrested and tried at the International Criminal Court (ICC) at The Hague in the Netherlands for crimes against humanity.
On Thursday September 9th up to Saturday September 11, 2009, dictator Museveni attacked the Kabaka (King) of Buganda, His Majesty Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II, blocked him from visiting his subjects in Kayunga district. Acting on Museveni’s orders, the elite Presidential Guard Brigade (PGB) troops now Special Forces Command (SFC) commanded by Brig Muhoozi Kainerugaba, surrounded the Kabaka at his Banda Palace, indiscriminately shot and killed hundreds of innocent people on streets all over the Buganda Kingdom.
The people of Buganda Kingdom were protesting Museveni’s move to block their Kabaka from visiting Bugerere County (Kayunga District) which is part of the Kingdom and dictator Museveni responded by killing 318 innocent people loyal to King Ronald Mutebi II – according to Human Right Watch report 2010. From that time to date, Uganda ceased to exist in reality!
In 1966, when the late former Uganda President Dr Apollo Milton Obote attacked the late King Sir Edward Muteesa II, vandalized his palace, forcefully removed him from presidency, killed hundreds of innocent people in Muteesa’s palace and abrogated the 1962 Constitution, all his efforts to unite Uganda by force was futile and Uganda ceased to exist in reality!
The September 9 – 11, 2009 attack on Kabaka Ronald Mutebi II by Dictator Yoweri Museveni has no difference from that of May 24, 1966 when Dr Obote attacked the late king Sir Edward Muteesa II and killed him in exile in United Kingdom.
